Adventure 3- Back to Zero
[Shirahoshi's been having bad dreams. Scary dreams. Dreams of being hurt and people talking and doing things to her and it makes her feel sick to her stomach. In the dreams, she wonders if she's losing something of herself, or betraying some sort of trust she'd been given. But now, waking up, she isn't sure what that trust would even be, or why she's even wondering about it.
The feeling lingers though. It makes her uncomfortable even as she blinks open her eyes.
And the world around her is HUGE. She must have been taken somewhere else again, because Luceti did not tower over her like this even though it was intimidating at first. There are massive houses, bigger than the castle in some ways. And the people! They must be giants! Some of them even tower over her, and no one has ever done that before.
But if she's been moved, that means she isn't where Luffy-sama and the others are anymore either. Even the new friends she met, who knows where they'd be? She's all alone again, though she has her journal and the bubbly coral. Shirahoshi doesn't think to check on them yet. She's too busy panicking to notice that the fountain behind her looks just the same as the one in Luceti, or that the buildings have exactly the same facades.
Someone please come comfort her as she breaks down in normal, human-sized mermaid tears.]

[But he does hold her, willing his body heat to warm her up. He'd consider his flames, but he doesn't yet have enough control for something like that.
...Man she's cute]

[The shivering subsides a little bit, and Shirahoshi shifts to better take advantage of the warmth he's providing. She brings her tail up closer too, subconsciously wrapping it around his side. After a second, she opens her eyes to look around again.]
So, this is what the world always looks like to you? N- no wonder everyone is so brave...

[...He wonders if he should try to lift her up to get her to warmer clothes.]

B- but the buildings tower over you and block your view...
[She's trying, honestly she is. To wrap her hazy mind around the concept of this giant sized world being normal. But that also implies that she herself is not normal, and that is something that simply does not register.]

or at least a shirt if she's in normal attire] Just like you, right? Lifting me up's normal, and for me [And he grins at her after he at least attempts at lifting her]That building being over me's normal.

Shirahoshi's only been lifted up by someone else once before, and that was when she showed up in Perona's teacup in Luceti. She doesn't quite know what to do, and even just that small movement takes her breath away. But it's an easy enough carry, especially when one doesn't have multiple legs to thrash about, and Shirahoshi settles into it like a pro.
She is, after all, a Princess.]
I guess I never thought about it like that.

[Because he has no idea of mermaids have thick skin or something, but she looks like, wet in this almost-winter air she's going to be cold. Or he would be, anyway. So he goes to carry her to the clothing shop]

Can I tell you a secret, Rin-sama?

[Not quite there yet, but it's only right there, after all]

No one has ever carried me before.
[This is shocking news, right?]

[...How to get this door open. should he kick it.]
